love this dress!  I have the ESC girl's patterns coming, will it have this bodice style?  and can I change it to long sleeved instead of short sleeve?

Yes, this is the infant style bodice that comes in the girls pattern.  Here's a picture of my daughter Kate in the dress I made her a few years ago using that pattern.  I eliminated some of the fullness because the fabric I was using was more of the quilters weight side than a lighter cotton but it worked out nice.

You'll want to shorten the sleeve a bit more from the basic one in the pattern packet (I encourage customization!), but yes! You can absolutely, and quite easily, copy that sweet dress! Cheesy

Thanks!  I just got the patterns and saw that the infant bodice was usually seen with a short sleeve, so I think I'll save it for a warmer event to make it.
