I used Liz's pattern to make Ezrie's dress last year, still fits her this year. Yeah!!!! She is measuring about a 37" chest and 38" waist. I know I had to add something (don't remember how much) to the bodice center front fold and center back but it wasn't a ton. Everything else (armsyce length, etc) fit her really well. Here's a picture so you can compare body types.
