Lori and Anna, Once we have some firmed up dates, I'll post them. At the moment I am working with someone there who is setting it all up - specifically for her group. I limit the workshop to 4 or 5 competent sewists (so I don't need to teach anyone how to use a sewing machine...

), and so any openings in the workshop will depend on how many of her group plan to attend. I can then put you in touch with the workshop hostess.
What I'd really like to do is to set up a second workshop in the area so that travel expenses get shared out over more people making it more affordable to have Kay and/or me to drive there.
Another option is a 2 day workshop over the same weekend if we can work out transportation for Kay to get to the workshop site. I'm offering her up, ladies (and gents). She can do workshops on lots of different subjects including pattern drafting (women's garment drafted up from an extant pattern
http://shop.originals-by-kay.com/category.sc?categoryId=76) or men's trousers), bonnet making, corsets, cages, bodices (day or evening) outerwear of various types, millinery (caps, etc). Some of these are 1 day, some 2 day. Just ask.
But it would need to be a group and you would need to do the location finding, and getting attendees on your end. I host workshops in my home all the time, so location need not be fancy. Minimal food should be provided, or a nice place for lunch.
