I thought I'd heard about this sale here, but I guess it was at the Yahoo food group.  Just so everyone here knows, Deborah's Pantry is having a 25% off everything sale.  Details here: http://www.deborahspantry.com/

Now, what to buy?  I don't have much authentic, hard-to-find ingredients and I love to experiment.  I don't think I'll try making my own gelatin though, so isinglass is already in the shopping cart.  Suggestions?

Thanks!

I'd recomend some samplers for experiementation.. and give Mrs. Peterson (Miz Deborah) a call or e-mail asking any questions...she's a font of knowlege and loves to share. Grin

I bought Isinglass!

So excited    and scared. I never have made a pudding the "old" way. Gotta do it.
