Deborah's Pantry Sale

Now, what to buy?  I don't have much authentic, hard-to-find ingredients and I love to experiment.  I don't think I'll try making my own gelatin though, so isinglass is already in the shopping cart.  Suggestions?

I'd recomend some samplers for experiementation.. and give Mrs. Peterson (Miz Deborah) a call or e-mail asking any questions...she's a font of knowlege and loves to share.
