I am working at an event this weekend and had a change in my plan of what I want to do.  I have been searching for a chart of farm animal products. I thought I had it but I can 't find it now and my searches online and at the library site are turning up only modern ones. The ones I am thinking of each  had an  outline drawing of an animal and a list of the products that come from it ( used in the mid nineteenth century) It was beyond just  the obvious milk or meat- it included things like intestines for sausage casing, tallow for candles, and other thing like that.  I can probably put some together but I was hoping not to have to reinvent the wheel. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks! trish B.

I'm not familiar with the chart you're thinking of, but some other items to include: gelatin, glue, bonemeal.
