This is my first brag in over 2 years.  Things have been rough for a number of years, but with some encouragement and friendship from several SA members, I am trying to get myself back into the realm of Living History once again.  Unfortunately, having been out for so long, the things I was sewing for the children 2 years ago no longer fit.  (Grumble grumble)  So my dear daughter asked for a pink dress and wanted it to have black too.

This is the result.

And with an Anna Worden Bauersmith original hat to give a better effect.

The petticoat and hoopskirt I made by cutting down my old petticoat and hoopskirt to make child size goods with the minimal amount of effort.  I can't wait for her to see them when she gets home tomorrow!

Still to come: A sheer cotton waist.
